With the benefit of the teaching I have received, I have won several gold and silver medals at regional and national competitions for Tai Chi and Tui Shou. Together with my colleague Nigel Moore I trained a Wutan Tui Shou (push hands) team to win 3 golds and a silver at the British National Championships.
